NTS is hiring a Telecommunications Specialist to triage, troubleshoot, install, and config digital and VOIP phone technologies and VoIP system.
Experience with:
- Moves, adds, changes of lines, #s and phones
- PBX system
- POTS, Digital, VOIP, SIP, PRI, DID
- Automated attendants, call processing trees, voice mail systems
- Troubleshooting connections
- VoIP technology
- Work with vendor for deep dive issues
- Experience with Avaya a plus
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED, Military Service, and minimum 5 years’ experience in technology, communications or related field.
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with the ability to organize and complete multiple tasks.
- High degree of customer service skills, flexibility and an overall team approach to work performed.
- Strong Customer Service, phone support and mechanical reasoning skills.
- Must possess a valid Virginia Driver’s license and maintain auto insurance.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Pay: $45,000 – $55,000
