Ascend Exteriors is seeking Outside Sales Reps - Home Construction Sales. Looking for Sales Professionals at add to our sales team. Roofing, Siding, Windows, Gutters & Insurance claim sales. Salary Plus commissions: Expect to earn $70,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year!
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Be able to work independently
- Able to walk on roofs and handle ladders & comfortable with heights
- Excellent time management skills - the ability to prioritize and manage your day
- An outgoing personality and positive attitude ARE a must
- A desire to earn a high income and a commitment to work hard at it
- Sales in storm damage is preferred but not necessary, if you have a passion to learn. We will train the right candidate
- Must be able to learn computer software and our CRM system, we also use many different Apps
- If you're energetic, self-motivated, and a team player, then Ascend Exteriors is the place for you
- Most be comfortable with door-to-door sales
- Receive management support and office admin assistance
- Production team to build all your jobs, once jobs are turned in
- Sales manager and office support to help you through every step of your job
- Sales team environment
- Help Homeowners with filing their insurance claim and explain the entire claims process
- We will train those individuals that have outgoing personalities and a commitment to work hard
- We have been in business for 6 years and are a family-owned company
- While income will vary depending on skill level, individuals can earn $70,000.00 - $150,000.00

- Light work in winter months (December 23rd - March 23rd)
