What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Services Coordinator position at Ascend Advanced Therapies?
The Equipment Services Coordinator supports day-to-day equipment service activities across manufacturing, laboratory, and facility areas. This role assists with scheduling equipment maintenance and calibration, repairs, updating CMMS records, tracking service needs, and supporting internal teams to ensure equipment remains available and compliant for ongoing operations.

- Coordinate equipment service activities with departments
- Schedule services with approved vendors
- Assist with CMMS updates and work order data entry
- Support creation of PM and calibration lists
- Assist with procurement of materials and parts
- Generate basic reports (open work orders, pending services)
- Maintain relationships with internal teams and vendors
- Support recordkeeping for PMs and calibrations
- Support equipment related documentation
- Assist with development of vendor service agreements
- Provide documentation in support of CAPA, Change Control, and Deviations
- Participate in operational meetings as needed
- Conduct activities safely and efficiently
- Other duties as assigned
Additional Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience in equipment services or facilities support
- Manufacturing or lab experience, preferred
- CMMS experience, preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to learn technical procedures
- Customer service mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
