Base Compensation: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, and we are open to discussing compensation based on your qualifications and experience
Other Compensation: 4% contribution to 401(k), performance bonus, profit-sharing

What you will achieve
- Project Coordination: You will provide program and project management (P/PM) services to support the organization’s current and future IT structure.
- Compliance Oversight: You will ensure that project recommendations and plans follow federal policies and agency-wide technical standards.
- Team Participation: You will serve as a subject matter expert in cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to help develop acquisition and risk management strategies.
- Performance Tracking: You will manage project schedules, quality assurance, and financial reporting to ensure service levels are met.
- US Citizenship (no dual citizenship)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- At least 5-10 years of practical experience managing IT projects within a federal environment, including handling risk, schedules, and financial tracking.
- ITIL 4 Certification: A Foundation, Specialist, or Expert level certification in ITIL 4
- Familiarity with incremental development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban and the standard system lifecycle phases (DME, O&M).
- Experience working within certified environments, specifically ISO 9001 and CMMI Maturity Level 5
- Ability to produce standard federal project documentation, such as Progress, Status, and Management Reports.
- General understanding of modern federal IT concepts like Zero Trust Architecture, Cloud-native environments (PaaS/SaaS), or FICAM.
