Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development strategy targeting regional architects, government agencies, healthcare, industrial, and entertainment sectors.
- Develop and execute multi-market annual business plans with defined fee goals.
- Cultivate new client relationships and strengthen existing ones across design and construction firms.
- Coordinate teaming strategies and project pursuit efforts.
- Oversee RFQ/SOQ submissions and conference participation.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine promotional materials and digital presence.
- Drive lead generation and market intelligence efforts.
- Proven track record in sales and revenue generation within the AEC industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
