Industrial Electrician

Pay Range: $24.30-34.24/hr

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical components of industrial equipment
• Install control panel wiring
• Electrical assembly and maintenance, including conduit handling and installation.
• Knowledge of AC/DC industrial controls, PLC, AC/DC drives and computer knowledge.
• Work as a team member or alone to complete projects.
• Observe safety procedures and meet electrical codes.
• Make decisions based on technical documents.
• Perform quality testing and inspections and troubleshooting skills

• In some cases, candidates must have an associate’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and industrial equipment.
• Awareness of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter who can manage projects and make decisions.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents.
• Willing to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lift heavy objects, climbing ladders, crawling, etc.

Preferred for Specialist/journeyman

• Can preform complex, full line, startups with minimal assistance
• capable of modifying programs in PLC and drives
• Able and willing to train others
• Able to travel in support of customer filed service
• Possesses a minimum of 2 years experience  with the company or an equivalent experience in within the industry
• 3 years of experience a plus
