Reports to: Account Department Manager
Primary Duties:
- Answer inbound calls quickly and efficiently
- Answer and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Communicate with appropriate personnel regarding any customer issue to ensure customer satisfaction
- Send Supplies to dealerships as requested
- Gathers information to aid customer in transferring their contract to a new owner
- Provide 3rd party quotes to dealerships as requested
- Process inbound mail
- Assists Senior Account Representatives
- Performs other tasks assigned by supervisor
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Excellent communication skills
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to use office equipment and computers
- Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
- Effective time management and ability to multi-task
- 5 years of experience in the field or in related area
