About the Role:
As a Cook at High Point Residence Wood River, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our residents. You will work closely with our dietary team to ensure that all meals are nutritious, delicious, and meet the dietary needs of our residents. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, following all food safety guidelines and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting
- Experience with menu planning and ordering inventory
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Responsibilities:
