6:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule includes 3.5 days per week and every other weekend
About the Role
New City Supportive Living is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct resident care and support while helping to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for those we serve. You will work closely with the nursing team to deliver quality care and meaningful daily assistance to residents.

Minimum Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a long-term care, supportive living, or assisted living setting
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse
- Provide emotional support, encouragement, and companionship to residents
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care provided
