Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Schedule: 7am–7pm | 3.5 days per week | Every other weekend required

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Maywood Senior Living. In this role, you will provide hands-on care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. You will work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive environment. Minimum Qualifications
Current CNA certification in the State of Illinois
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare setting
Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
Assist with medication delivery as directed by nursing staff
Provide companionship, emotional support, and reassurance to residents
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment
Report any resident health or behavioral changes to the nursing team
