ASAR Digital is looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to own and execute outbound lead generation for our SAP consulting and managed services. This is a solo-producer role—you’ll craft the strategy, write the scripts, pick up the phone, and drive qualified opportunities from the ground up. You’ll:
• Own end-to-end outbound strategy: targeting, messaging, and multi-channel execution (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Personally prospect enterprise decision-makers and generate qualified SAP services opportunities.
• Direct a research resource to build high-value account lists.
• Refine campaigns based on real performance data and market feedback.
• Track everything in CRM and report weekly on pipeline growth and conversion metrics.
You Have:
• Experience at an SAP Partner or SAP consulting firm generating B2B demand.
• Proven success in outbound lead gen—strategy and execution.
• A track record of cold calling and engaging enterprise buyers.
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and comfort working solo while directing support.
• Hunger to build, test, and scale in a high-ownership role.
Nice to Have:
• SAP S/4HANA, BTP, CX, or Business AI knowledge.
• Professional services or implementation sales background.
