Senior SAP Incentive Management Consultant

We are looking for a strong SAP Incentive Management Consultant with hands-on experience implementing SAP Incentive Management (formerly SAP Commissions / CallidusCloud Commissions).

- Commission Calculations
- SAP CX / SAP Integration
Candidate MUST have:
- End-to-end implementation experience
- Strong functional and configuration knowledge
- Experience gathering business requirements and designing compensation plans
- Hands-on experience with commission calculations, incentive rules, quotas, territories, workflows, and reporting
- Experience with integrations, testing, go-live, and hypercare support
Preferred Experience:
- Multiple full lifecycle implementations
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Integration experience with SAP ERP / CRM / Payroll systems
- SQL and data migration experience preferred
