We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representatives that will provide support to daily operations, including DME technicians. As a Customer Service Representative and data entry processor your job will require the following:
- Process and type intake orders
- Bill DME/pharmacy items to clients
- Answer phone calls regarding delivery, pick up or service calls
- Prepare and route maps for drivers
- Follow up with patients about scheduling deliveries
- Coordinate with pharmacy department about deliveries.
