ASAP Imaging is seeking a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) to join our brand-new outpatient imaging center. This position is ideal for an experienced Diagnostic Medical Sonographer who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations using advanced imaging technology.

What You'll Do
- Perform a variety of high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations with confidence and clinical expertise.
- Review physician orders, patient histories, and imaging requests to ensure appropriate exams are performed.
- Apply critical thinking to address patient needs and support accurate diagnoses.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience by creating a calm, welcoming, and professional environment.
- Produce diagnostic-quality images while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety.
- Complete image documentation, post-processing, and quality review.
- Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and fellow team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Assist in maintaining efficient patient flow while supporting other departments when needed.
- Share ideas that improve workflows, patient care, and operational excellence.
- Help build a collaborative culture focused on continuous learning and quality improvement.
Requirements
- Must have four years of sonography experience
- Must have RDMS certification in at least two specialty examinations
- Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited college or technical school
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
