##### Position Overview:
As a Service Coordinator, you'll manage and dispatch work orders, follow up on job progress, and provide vital communication between customers and our network of service professionals. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing email correspondence, and collaborating with teammates both in-person and via Teams. You'll need to prioritize tasks efficiently and maintain a calm, professional demeanor even in high-pressure situations.
##### Key Responsibilities:
Review, dispatch, and follow up on work orders through completion. Communicate with customers and partners via phone and email in a professional, thorough manner. Collaborate with co-workers both in-person and through Teams. Manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities quickly based on the urgency of the situation. Participate in an on-call rotation after training, handling after-hours emergency calls.

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
