Critical care departments offer low staffing ratios, 24/7 intensivist coverage, relief and charge RNs, CNA and monitor tech support. Our critical care units have received Beacon Award designations multiple times.
The Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) at ARRMC is comprised of 16 beds, operating 24 hours per day. Patients include those with sepsis, renal failure, liver failure, GI bleeds, blood disorders, cancer, respiratory distress, withdrawal, cardiac conditions, and post-operative care.
Qualifications: BSN preferred. Previous acute care experience required. Basic arrhythmia proficiency required. RN by OSBN required. BLS and ACLS required upon start. Preferred: CCRN, CNRN, PCCN, SCRN, TCRN, or WCC.
Shift Differentials: $2.50 swing, $10.00 nights, $2.50 weekends.
