Salary Range: .99-.79. Shift Differentials: .50 extra 3pm-11pm; .00 extra 11:01pm-7am; .50 extra weekends.
Position Summary
Asante's Outpatient Infusion Oncology Services are located in the newly opened Heimann Cancer Center. The infusion area includes a 28-chair oncology infusion room with 2 private rooms, a 13-chair general infusion room with 4 private rooms, and a Fast Track room. Modalities include procedural care, phlebotomy, chemotherapy and biotherapy, blood products, IV antibiotics, iron infusions, and other supportive care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience required; oncology or infusion therapy nursing preferred.
- RN licensed by OSBN required upon start; BLS from AHA required upon start.
- ONS Foundation of Oncology Certification (FOC) required within 90 days; ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider certification required within 2 years.
