Salary: Ranges $19.27-$26.50
Shift Differentials
- $1.21/hr. for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- $2.05/hr. for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
- $1.05/hr. extra for working weekends

What You’ll Do
- Become a vital member of the patient care team and build a strong relationship with the CNAs and RNs.
- Promote patient safety and comfort while actively participating in patient satisfaction.
- Demonstrate advanced Responsive Observations knowledge base in practice of care.
- Document patient and family responses and effectiveness of teaching and interventions per department standards.
- Provide excellent communication between staff and patients and patient families.
- Promote and maintain Asante’s Vision and Values.
Certifications/Licensure
- CNA certified by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) is required upon start.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start.
- Pediatric experience is preferred
- This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis – such as transferring a patient in and out of a bed. The ability to bend, stretch, twist, and perform other awkward physical movements is also required.
