Pharmacist ARRMC (Pharmacy)
Additional Position Details: FTE: 0.900000 | Full Time | 36 hours per week | Variable Hours/Variable Days
Starting Wage: $67.26-$92.49 per hour, depending on experience
Position Summary
The Pharmacist is responsible for the delivery of comprehensive pharmaceutical care and daily supervision of the pharmacy technicians and interns according to federal and Oregon state laws and department regulations.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy required
- Successful completion of an ASHP-accredited residency, preferred
Experience
- Knowledge of Home Infusion, preferred
- Experience in a similar hospital pharmacy practice setting, preferred
- Advanced computer skills and general understanding of pharmacy systems, preferred
Licensure/Certifications
- RPh: Registered Pharmacist by the Oregon Board of Pharmacy, required upon start
- BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified by the American Heart Association (AHA), required within 90 days of start
Preferred Certifications:
- Pharmacy Specialty Certification
- Immunization Delivery Certification
