Position Summary
As a Maintenance Technician, you will support the performance, reliability, and repair of machining equipment and production systems. This role works across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, robotics, and PLC systems to troubleshoot issues, complete preventive maintenance, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, robotics, and other production equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
- Inspect, test, and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- Read and work from blueprints, schematics, repair manuals, and parts catalogs
- Install, align, level, and support startup of new equipment
- Assemble, install, and repair wiring, electrical components, machinery, and related systems
- Clean, lubricate, and adjust equipment components including shafts, bearings, gears, drives, motors, and belts
- Set up and operate machine tools to repair or fabricate parts as needed
- Use welding and cutting equipment to complete repairs or modifications
- Record maintenance work performed, parts used, and repair-related costs
- Support department and company safety goals in all work performed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with electrical and mechanical systems
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs
- Ability to read and understand electrical ladder diagrams and motor control circuits
- Ability to diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting CNC equipment
- Experience programming or troubleshooting robotics
- PLC troubleshooting or programming experience
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Mitsubishi systems/controls

Physical Requirements
This role requires frequent standing, walking, climbing, crawling, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and handling tools or parts throughout the shift. The position also requires frequent lifting and moving of materials, with occasional heavier lifting as needed.

This position works in a manufacturing environment and may involve regular exposure to hot or cold temperatures, moving machinery, noise, and required personal protective equipment.
