Job Title: RV OE Industry Account Manager
Reports to: VP of Sales
Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to promote ASA products to the RV OEM Industry. This position must be able to prospect new customer business as well as retain and identify new business opportunities within our current customer base. Must build strong customer relationships, and have a sales acumen that drives revenue growth. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working toward top level sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Present and promote ASA products to prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate ASA solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or tracking systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Stay informed about products, pricing, competitors, and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, marketing, operations, or customer service
- Possess strong electrical/technical background relative to electronics.
- Must have valid driver's license
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working with performance metrics
- Basic computer skills; CRM experience a plus
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Office/Remote and field sales environment
- May require travel, evenings, or weekends
- Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus commission
