As a Multi-Axis CNC Turning Setup Specialist, you’ll own set-ups and production on advanced CNC lathes and keep quality at the center of everything you do.
Compensation & Benefits- $22–$31 per hour, plus shift pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts

- Set up and run multi-axis CNC lathes for production and prototype work
- Adjust controls, tooling, offsets, and machine parameters to maintain quality and throughput
- Load raw material and components into semi-automated equipment
- Inspect first piece and in-process parts using precision instruments to verify specifications
- 6 months of CNC lathe machining experience, including the ability to perform part set-ups
- Hands-on experience machining precision metal components
- Working knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and first-piece inspection
- Tape measure reading
- CNC machine set-up and changeover
- Advanced inspection and gauge measurement
- Aerospace manufacturing practices
- Machine set-ups for production runs
- Manual machining fundamentals
- CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC): Fanuc, Bridgeport, Mazak, ProtoTRAK, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Kitamura, Makino, Hurco, Hwachon
- CNC Lathe (2–4 axis): Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Takisawa, Dmg Mori Seiki, Samsung, Murata, Fuji, Nakamura, Hyundai - Wia, Hwachon, Quick Tech
- CNC Swiss Lathe: Star, Citizen, Tsugami, Index, Eurotech, Tornos, Ganesh, Hanwha, Yama-Seiki, Nomura
- CNC Grinder: Mitsubishi, Okuma, Okamoto, Studer, Amada, Toyoda, Chevalier, Anca, Walter, Tru-Tech
- CNC Mill (5 axis VMC): Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Kitamura, Matsuura, Mikron, Dmg Mori Seiki, Hwachon
