The Opportunity: Are you an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment but wants your evenings back? Eggs Up Grill is looking for a professional, high-energy General Manager to lead our Holly Springs location, with potential oversight/opportunities at our Raleigh site.
We don't just serve breakfast; we serve the community. We are looking for a \"CEO of the restaurant\" who can drive sales, inspire a team, and maintain impeccable standards.
The Rewards:
- Base Salary: $52,000/year to start.
- Profit Sharing: 5% Net Profit Sharing (Monthly/Quarterly).
- Catering Commission: 10% commission on all catering orders you secure.
