As a Regulatory Specialist within our Professional Hygiene Regulatory Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting the successful registration and commercialization of Arxada products. You will collaborate across regulatory, R&D, marketing, sales, and external regulatory agencies to deliver timely regulatory solutions that drive business success. Essential Job Functions
- Prepare, submit, and monitor regulatory applications, supplemental registrations, label updates, and supporting documentation to maintain product compliance.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve registration and compliance matters.
- Ensure regulatory documentation and customer or third-party agreements comply with applicable requirements and internal standards.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews by providing accurate and timely documentation.
- Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to develop proactive solutions to registration and compliance challenges.
- Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements, policies, and industry developments impacting the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve regulatory processes and enhance the stakeholder experience.
- Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or registrations.
- Knowledge of FIFRA regulations, EPA pesticide registrations, and North American regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of regulatory processes, documentation standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with regulatory agencies, industry bodies, or compliance organizations is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and registration management systems.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools or willingness to adopt new technology solutions is an advantage.
