Should be prepared to obtain a 1st Class City of Rochester Stationary Engineer license within five years.

Essential Job Functions:
- Plan out plant repairs & improvements in facility and ordering materials through SAP and receiving quotes from vendor
- Provide oversite for contractors that are working for maintenance
- Shift coverage for vacations, etc
- Hands-on plant work: repairs, PMs, etc
- Train and develop Team members
- Ensure Technical plant availability
- Ensure safety and environmental requirements
- Lead and coaches team
- A formal secondary education is essential to ensure foundational math, reading, problem-solving, and technical comprehension skills needed for maintenance tasks and documentation.
- 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency using SAP for maintenance tasks, including work order creation, planning, scheduling, notifications, parts management, and equipment history tracking. Familiarity with SAP PM/CMMS modules is essential for success in the role.
