Job Summary
We're seeking a self-starting and enthusiastic Director of Content to lead our content operations. This role is perfect for a highly organized and precise individual with a deep understanding of short-form content, YouTube, and podcasts, coupled with a genuine passion for sports. You'll have the unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge brands and creators, overseeing a rapidly expanding team in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven expertise in short-form content, YouTube, and podcast production.
- A strong passion and understanding of the sports industry.
- Experience working with creator accounts is highly preferred.
- Creative background in graphic design or video editing is a plus.
