The Transportation Business Partner will play a pivotal role in developing, optimizing, and implementing transportation strategies, carrier management processes and solutions within assigned customers segment while driving cost efficiencies and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of transportation systems, carrier management, account management and customer management.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all transport management topics for key customers.
- Work closely with clients to understand their transportation and supply chain needs.
- Support the setup of new transportation services with assigned customers.
- Analyze transportation requirements and develop tailored solutions to address customer-specific challenges.
- Work with transportation department to design end-to-end multimodal transportation models, including wide ranging from LTL, FTL, high security loads and parcel.
- Optimize network designs, route planning, and load consolidation to enhance efficiency.
- Build effective and efficient carrier management processes.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess carrier performance (e.g., on-time delivery, transit times, capacity utilization).
- Collaborate with carriers to secure adequate capacity for seasonal peaks, market fluctuations, and special projects.
- 4 years of experience in transportation management, carrier management, or a related logistics role. Strong preference for someone who has transportation account management experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage various priorities simultaneously.
