Collaborating closely with Wave Panning, you'll manage labor resources effectively while prioritizing orders with precision.

- Supervise and manage the labor and equipment of the Pick/Pack/Ship operation.
- Ensure on-time completion and maintain the quality of orders to meet customer requirements.
- You will oversee direct shipping, pick, pack, and traffic.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees.
- Receiving of materials.
- Transferring of materials.
- Hire and ensure proper training of new employees for the picking, packing, and shipping departments.
- Ensure proper procedures are adhered to and up to date for the control tower for current and new customers.
- Performance management of all employees (KPI’s).
- Document, update, and ensure procedures and quality processes are followed.
- Maintain supplies and equipment levels for the department.
- Monitor and adhere to customer requests and vendor-specific shipping requirements.
- Update and maintain Kronos and Metrics in Excel, as it relates to WMS reporting.
- Monitor picking, packing, and shipping functions on the floor.
- Ensure that shift-end specific procedures with all shipping systems are completed, and floor end-of-shift close-outs are followed.
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST

- 3 years of Supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.
- A bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- 3 years in a WMS environment.
- Experience with inventory research.
