Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area
- Support food service staff with food handling and delivery to tables when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
Skills
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards
- Experience in bussing or supporting food service operations preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant procedures
