- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of all dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas to uphold a hygienic environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures, cleaning standards, and sanitation practices is advantageous.
