About Us
We are a fast-growing business specializing in pre-owned luxury handbags (Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, etc.), primarily selling through live auctions. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Live Stream Assistant to support our daily operations and live selling events.
Responsibilities
Before Live Stream:
- Prepare and organize handbags for each live show
- Arrange products neatly for easy access during the stream
- Ensure all items are ready with accurate information
During Live Stream:
- Assist the host in presenting products
- Respond to viewer questions in real-time through chat
- Record viewer requests (specific brands, styles, etc.)
- Research and share resale market prices with viewers
- Help highlight product details that may not be covered by the host
- Pin product listings and manage auction links promptly
- Help control the pacing and flow of the auction
After Live Stream:
- Generate shipping labels
- Pack sold items carefully and securely for shipment
- Organize remaining inventory
Non-Live Days:
- Take photos and videos of products for social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Requirements
- Interest in fashion and luxury brands (experience preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a live-stream environment
- Good communication skills and responsiveness
- Basic computer skills (typing, quick learning of platforms)
- Chinese speaking is a strong plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of luxury resale market (Louis Vuitton, Chanel, etc.)
- Experience with live streaming, e-commerce, or retail sales
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
