The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod has an exciting opportunity for the right person to make an impact on an organization that serves as the region’s central hub for elevating and strengthening the Cape’s creative economy.
The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented Administrative and Operations Coordinator to support our Executive Director and help ensure the day to day operations of our organization run seamlessly.
This is a part time, in office role (approximately 15 hours per week) with a flexible schedule that works well for someone seeking consistent, meaningful work during school hours or similar.
This is not a passive administrative position. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and enjoys creating order and clarity in a busy and dynamic environment.
You will be a trusted partner to leadership and a key part of a small, collaborative team.
- Maintain and manage our CRM database with accuracy and care
- Coordinate with our bookkeeper on income and expenses related to donations and programs
- Provide administrative and project support to the Executive Director
- Assist with meetings
- Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and general inquiries
- Help keep office systems, calendars, and communications running smoothly

Skills and Experience
- 1 to 3 years of administrative, office management, or project support experience
- Experience with CRM or donor databases preferred
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational and data entry skills
- Experience with calendar management and coordination
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with common office tools and open to learning new technology as it evolves

This is an in-office position at our Hyannis, MA location — not remote. We're looking for someone who lives within a reasonable commute, with very flexible scheduling on days and hours to fit your life.
Compensation: $25–$35/hour, commensurate with experience.
This role is best suited for someone already living within a reasonable commute of Hyannis, MA. We are not able to consider applicants who would need to relocate.
