We are a small nonprofit looking to find someone who simply wants to supplement their income and is not looking for a full-time position. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires proficiency in financial software and a strong understanding of financial principles to support our organization's financial health. This is not a hybrid post; the candidate must work in the office. Finance professional responsible for managing all aspects of non-profit organization’s accounting, including recording transactions, processing accounts payable and receivable, generating financial reports, grant support, managing payroll, and preparing payroll filings, overseeing the entire financial record-keeping process according to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Outlook and general computer skills required. Knowledge of Lightspeed Point of Sale and Wix a plus.Must be able to work independently without supervision.Works 4-5 hours weekly, essentially one day a week.
