- Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering timely and professional assistance
- Answer customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with accuracy and efficiency
- Support clients with onboarding, account setup, and troubleshooting basic issues
- Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/ticketing systems
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
- Contribute to a positive and professional customer experience
- 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or client support (preferred but not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including MS Office and web-based applications
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Salesforce, or GitLab)
