What are the responsibilities and job description for the Superintendent/Trim Carpenter position at Artizan Design Builders?
We are looking for a Superintendent with a remodeling and trim carpentry background. We are a custom Commercial & Residential Builder currently doing multiple residential high-end additions and renovations.
Applicant must have strong communication skills, be quality oriented and a team player.
Duties will include:
- Supervising and working with trim crew.
- Supervising and communicating with sub-contractors.
- Managing schedule and materials.
- Communicating with homeowners and contractor.
- Maintaining our reputation for honesty and quality
