Skilled Trim Carpenter
Install structures and fixtures, such as but not limited to windows and fixtures.
Have experience and a general knowledge of how to properly use common carpentry tools.
Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
Replace damaged or rotted framework or other structures and fixtures.
Repair and refurbish existing building work.
Be able to work with little to no supervision.
Applicant must...Be detail-oriented in order to, but not limited to, make precise measurements.
Have Manual dexterity to be able to use proper tools that require excellent eye-hand coordination. know basic Math to be able to, but not limited to, calculate volume and measure materials to be cut.
Be in good physical condition to bear lifting heavy tools and materials.
Must be able to, but not limited to, walk, stand, bend, lift, and climb.
Must have a driver's license.
Salary : $750 - $1,120
