Market Intelligence Analyst

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Work Arrangement: On-site initially for training/onboarding; remote afterward with occasional on-site meetings.

We are looking for a Market Intelligence Analyst to support Strategic Business Development by improving data organization, business intelligence, reporting, and translating healthcare and market data into actionable business insights.

• Analyze and connect data from multiple systems and sources.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Work with healthcare claims, provider, referral, market, demographic, and competitive data.
• Improve data quality, integrity, reporting, and business intelligence processes.
• Identify trends and opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and explain analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Support automation, workflow improvements, and data governance initiatives.

• Experience in analytics, business, healthcare, data science, or information systems.
• Power BI and SQL experience.
• Experience with relational databases and data integration.
• Healthcare data/claims or provider data experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Healthcare business development or physician/provider network analytics.
• Market analysis, segmentation, forecasting, or predictive analytics.
• Automation and workflow improvement.
• Data governance and data-quality processes.
• Experience with AI/Generative AI in analytics or automation.
• Experience with SmartSuite.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics, business, healthcare, data science, information systems, or a related field.
