Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Commerce, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST
Work Type: Onsite (5 Days/Week)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support manufacturing plant operations. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, along with experience handling office coordination, reporting, documentation, and AP support tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform daily administrative tasks using Excel and Microsoft Office
Maintain tracking spreadsheets, reports, and documentation
Answer incoming calls and assist vendors/customers
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and front office activities
Organize, scan, and maintain files for audits and compliance
Handle office supply ordering and invoice tracking
Assist with Accounts Payable tasks and reconciliation support
Support special projects and administrative operations
Maintain file retention, shredding, and document organization
Required Skills
2 years of administrative experience
Manufacturing environment experience preferred
Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
