Email Deployment Coordinator
Who You Are:
The Email Deployment Coordinator will be responsible for executing client’s personalization marketing program via Oracle and other tools, by analyzing and optimizing existing email, SMS, and accompanying data feed setup. This position is responsible for backend setup and deployment of personalized performance campaigns. This includes execution through reporting, inclusive of branding and targeting principles, A/B testing, list management and analytics. A vital member of the Brand Execution team, this position reports to the Account Director as well as the client Marketing Director.
What You Need:
3 years of experience with email marketing tools, such as Oracle or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred and ability to demonstrate your experience
2 years of experience with Adobe Analytics
2 years of experience with Adobe Target preferred
2 years of Digital Asset Management (DAM) experience preferred
IMPORTANT: Demonstrated use of analytical and problem-solving skills to drive marketing results.
What You Would Do:
- Execute key operational tasks, from creative setup and HTML coding, to A/B testing, QA, and deployment.
- Assist in performance marketing campaigns to augment the team’s owned-property programs, inclusive of email, SMS, web and app. This includes audience segmentation and analysis, growth strategy, and promotion of CRM best practices.
- Work with the tech/dev and creative teams to implement scalable personalized campaigns and provide expert direction.
- Leverage data-driven decision making and a deep understanding of CRM and email best practices to analyze current programs and optimize performance
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template setup and troubleshooting
- Experience with QA processes and troubleshooting deployment issues
- Familiarity with customer data segmentation and list management
- Ability to manage multiple campaign deployments in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, analytics, and development teams to ensure accurate campaign execution and timely deployment.
