Key Responsibilities
- Set up, start, and operate automated production machinery
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to improve efficiency
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Identify defects or issues and report them to supervision
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical or operational issues
- Perform routine maintenance and assist with minor repairs
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety, health, and company regulations
