Key Responsibilities:
- Assistant designers in all aspects of the design process, from conceptualization to project completion.
- Conduct research on the latest design trends, materials, and finishes to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative design solutions that meet client expectations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Assist in sourcing and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
- Maintain the design library, including organizing and updating samples, catalogs, and reference materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to request and track samples and materials.
- Assist with on-site visits and participate in client meetings to gather project requirements.
- Support the team in creating and managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Assist in managing project files, including digital and physical records.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the team through active participation and idea sharing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
- 0-2 years of experience in an interior design or related role.
- Proficiency in design software such as ArchiCAD or AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of current design trends, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and precision.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for self-development and continuous learning.
