What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Customer Service Representative position at Artisan Electrical, LLC?
We are a fast growing electrical company looking for a customer service representative. The role would involve handling incoming customer communication, scheduling support, tracking leads and requests, assisting supervisors with day-to-day operations, and helping with administrative tasks during downtime.
Schedule: Most likely Weekdays 7 am-4pm.
