Position Overview
We are looking for a Travel Customer Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries regarding travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
Deliver professional customer service through phone, email, and online platforms

Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
