Artisan Display Inc. is a leading millwork fabricator serving the Philadelphia market. We specialize in high-quality commercial millwork and casework, with a reputation built on craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail. We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Controller to join our leadership team and oversee all financial aspects of our growing company.

Position Summary

The Controller will be responsible for the financial management, planning, and analysis of the company’s operations. The ideal candidate MUST have significant experience in a manufacturing environment, with millwork / cabinetry fabrication experience being highly desirable. This is a critical leadership role, working closely with ownership and senior management to drive operational efficiency and financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Develop and monitor internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage tax compliance
• Analyze job costing and production efficiency reports to support operational decision-making
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators to evaluate project performance and profitability
• Lead process improvements and ERP utilization (Innergy) for better financial and operational transparency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
• 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Required)
• Experience in millwork fabrication or related industry (Highly Desirable)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site at our Red Hill, PA facility

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
