What You'll Do
In this role, you'll support the Accounts Receivable and Accounting teams with a variety of essential tasks, including:
- Processing and organizing post-billing documentation
- Scanning, coding, and sending invoices to customers
- Preparing and recording bank deposits and coding them in Absolute
- Managing lien releases through Supply Pro to trigger customer payments
- Handling the NextGen "Pinks" process to release homesites for installation
- Performing A/R aging analysis and conducting follow-up
- Assisting with accounting projects and cross-functional tasks
- Providing general support to both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Ensuring documentation is accurate, organized, and properly filed
Work Environment & Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Two paid breaks one-hour unpaid lunch
- Partial remote flexibility (20%) available after full training and proficiency
- Work performed primarily in an office environment with occasional exposure to jobsite environments, temperature variations, and noise
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math proficiency and a comfort level working with numbers
- Experience with A/R duties or general administrative accounting tasks preferred
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, web-based systems)
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, consistent attendance and a positive team mindset
- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods
- Occasional standing, reaching, bending, or lifting up to 10 lbs
- Ability to move between offices and handle paper files as needed
