As a Site Superintendent, you will take charge of the on-site management of our high-end residential projects, ensuring they are built to exacting standards while staying on schedule and within budget. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver an outstanding finished product.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities for custom home projects.
- Ensure all work meets architectural plans, specifications, and luxury construction standards.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain the highest level of craftsmanship.
- Enforce OSHA safety regulations and maintain a safe, organized job site.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for architects, designers, and clients, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth building process.
- Track project progress, manage schedules, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Oversee final walkthroughs and punch list completion before project handover.
- 5 to 7 years of residential construction experience, preferably in custom home building.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and high-end finishing details.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications.
- Experience in scheduling and managing subcontractors effectively.
- Proficiency in construction project management software is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
