✔ Apply Boeing Book 1, Book 2, and Book 3 methodologies for structural evaluation
✔ Use advanced Boeing tools including:
• IAS
• XSA / SA
• FEADMS
• IDTAS
• Moss-Duberg
• FAMOSS
✔ Extract load cases and stress outputs from Finite Element Models (FEM)
✔ Evaluate and determine critical failure modes, margins of safety, and structural constraints
Damage Tolerance & Compliance
✔ Perform Damage Tolerance Analysis (DTA) in accordance with CFR 25.571
✔ Assess crack growth behavior, inspection intervals, and fail-safe conditions
✔ Ensure compliance to customer, Boeing, FAA, and industry structural requirements
Engineering Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
✔ Work collaboratively with:
• Design Engineers
• Materials & Process Engineering
• Customer SMEs
✔ Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and stress panel review sessions
✔ Review engineering drawings, specifications, and change requests for structural impact
Technical Documentation & Reporting
✔ Prepare detailed Engineering Stress Reports demonstrating compliance and structural integrity
✔ Document methodologies, assumptions, boundary conditions, FEM linkages, and verification steps
✔ Present analysis summaries directly to the customer
✔ Ensure deliverables meet quality, safety, and aerospace certification standards
Customer & Program Support
✔ Interact directly with customer engineering teams to clarify Scope of Work
✔ Provide accurate forecasts of analysis schedules and deliverables
✔ Participate in design, repair, and sustainment engineering reviews
