About the Role:
Artificial Turf Products is looking for a skilled and motivated Synthetic Turf Installer to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This is a hands-on role where you'll transform residential and commercial spaces with high-quality artificial turf installations. Responsibilities:
- Install synthetic turf products for residential, and commercial applications
- Prepare and grade sub-base surfaces including sod removal, compaction, and drainage installation
- Measure, cut, and seam artificial turf materials with precision and care
- Secure turf edges using nails, staples, adhesive, or bender board as required
- Apply infill materials such silica sand and other natural infills to finished installations
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and light equipment on job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members throughout each project
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
Requirements:
- Prior experience in turf installation, landscaping, hardscaping, or a related trade preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a crew
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in construction or landscaping
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance
