Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes are delivered consistently.
- Manage kitchen staff by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing training, and motivating team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and proper handling procedures to maintain compliance with health regulations.
- Plan and organize daily kitchen operations, including shift management, inventory control, and ensuring timely food service delivery.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu items that meet quality standards and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment by enforcing sanitation practices and equipment maintenance schedules.

Experience
