THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE
Work Schedule: Shifts vary, but will be within business hours, which are 11:30 AM–12:00 AM.
As our Operations Manager, you are the driving force behind daily operations. Recruiting, training, and motivating your team is a key part of your role, along with managing schedules and labor costs to keep everything running efficiently. Guest interactions are second nature-you resolve concerns quickly and ensure every experience meets our high standards. Financial oversight is also in your hands, from monitoring budgets and analyzing sales trends to preparing accurate reports. Working closely with the kitchen, you maintain food safety and quality while keeping inventory and costs under control. Building vendor relationships, enforcing health regulations, and maintaining a clean, safe environment round out your responsibilities, ensuring the restaurant operates seamlessly from open to close.

- Restaurant experience
- Experience in bartending and kitchen operations
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, customers, and suppliers
- Quick decision-making, organizational, and attention to detail skills
- A passion for food, hospitality, and community engagement
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to complete the Revival training program
- Ability to lead a diverse team and foster a positive, collaborative work environment
- Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced training
- Management experience
- A strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service principles
